About this work
With her methodically constructed acrylic-painting Ida Persson aims to Illustrate an authority, a kind of a watcher that brings a sense of both security and belonging but also, judgement and discipline. The motif is built by abstract shapes that together make a construction that hover between being big and small, heavy and fragile.
